Varieties

Haydenis the roundest of the mango varieties. It has a bright yellow-orange flesh, firm texture, and flat, oval pit.

Kentis an oval-shaped mango that is softer than other varieties. Its fiber-free flesh is sweet with a tropical flavor.

Tommy Atkinsis the most colorful mango, distinguished by its firm skin and medium fiber. It is shaped like a Haden but contains less flavor.

Keittis the largest mango variety. Unlike other varieties, it may remain totally green with just a hint of yellow even when fully ripe.

Francisqueis a medium-size, flat mango from Haiti with an apricot-like flavor. Its color ranges from a deep orange to completely green.
