An integral part of our business relies on our ability to pack and repack various goods. We have an 8,000 square foot repack room set to a specific temperature to best suit the produce that moves through it. We have 3 different repacking crews, working on rotation 7 days a week. Repacking, place packing and running product for size, color and quality is an integral part of our business. Individually packing each box ensures the highest quality for our clients. Customer service is key in maintaining long term relationships with our clients. Carefully repacking items by our trusted employees gives us a great advantage in a very competitive industry. Additionally, we are able to print private labels that cater exactly to our specific requirements. Recently, Professional Produce acquired a Compac Sorting Equipment state of the art machine. This machine is able to run various types of fruits and vegetables including tomatoes, oranges, lemons, and grapefruit. This machine is also able to sort and pack product specifically to our customers needs whether it be into cartons, bins, or bags. Professional Produce is now able to better standardize our product while increasing our output capabilities.
